Stillwise Support

Product help for Stillwise: Mindful Drinking. A Simplified Chinese version follows.

Restore Stillwise Plus

Open Stillwise and select the Settings tab.
Open Stillwise Plus.
Select Restore Purchases while signed in to the Apple Account used for the original purchase.

Stillwise Plus is a one-time, non-consumable App Store purchase. There is no subscription or Stillwise account. If restoration still fails, confirm the Apple Account and App Store availability, then contact support without sending a receipt unless requested.

Where your records are stored

Stillwise is local first. Check-ins and support records stay on your device by default. You can inspect the current storage and optional-service status in Settings. Export, encrypted backup, restore, and delete controls are also available in the App.

iCloud

iCloud is optional. A storage-mode change takes effect on the next app launch. Turning iCloud off stops future App syncing after that launch, but does not automatically remove copies already held by iCloud or another device.

Optional remote AI

Remote AI is an optional Stillwise Plus enhancement and is off by default. Plus remains useful through local guidance and device-local reminders without an API key, network connection, or remote model. If enabled, requests go directly to the compatible provider and endpoint you configure after the App shows a per-request data preview.

Widget and Apple Watch

The Widget uses the shared local App Group store. Apple Watch currently synchronizes drinking check-ins only. If a recent check-in is missing, open Stillwise on both devices and allow Watch connectivity to retry; repeated delivery is handled safely.

Notifications

Risk-window reminders are optional, device local, and off by default. Review permission and reminder settings in Stillwise. Disabling reminders or deleting data cancels eligible pending Stillwise requests.

Privacy

Stillwise has no hidden analytics or advertising SDK. Read the complete Stillwise Privacy Policy before enabling optional iCloud or remote AI services.

Health and safety boundary: Stillwise supports habit awareness. It does not diagnose an alcohol-use disorder, replace professional care, or provide emergency treatment. For urgent danger, severe withdrawal symptoms, or a medical emergency, contact local emergency services or a qualified medical professional.

恢复 Stillwise Plus

打开 Stillwise，进入“设置”。
打开 Stillwise Plus。
使用原购买所用的 Apple 账号登录 App Store，然后选择“恢复购买”。

Stillwise Plus 是一次购买的非消耗型 App 内购买，没有订阅，也不需要 Stillwise 账号。如果仍无法恢复，请先确认 Apple 账号和 App Store 可用状态，再联系支持；除非我们明确请求，请勿发送购买收据。

记录保存在何处

Stillwise 本地优先。签到与支持记录默认保存在你的设备上。你可以在“设置”中查看当前存储位置和可选服务状态，也可以使用 App 内的导出、加密备份、恢复和删除功能。

iCloud

iCloud 是可选功能，存储模式变更会在 App 下次启动时生效。关闭 iCloud 后，App 会在下次启动后停止后续同步，但不会自动删除 iCloud 或其他设备上已经存在的副本。

可选远程 AI

远程 AI 是 Stillwise Plus 的可选增强，默认关闭。即使没有 API Key、网络连接或远程模型，Plus 的本地建议和设备本地提醒仍然可用。开启后，App 会先显示每次请求的数据预览，再把请求直接发送到你配置的兼容提供商和端点。

Widget 与 Apple Watch

Widget 使用共享的 App Group 本地存储。Apple Watch 当前只同步饮酒签到。如果最近记录尚未出现，请在两台设备上打开 Stillwise，让 Watch 连接重试；重复传输不会重复创建记录。

通知

风险时段提醒是可选的设备本地功能，默认关闭。请在 Stillwise 中检查通知权限和提醒设置。关闭提醒或删除数据时，符合条件的待发送 Stillwise 通知会被取消。

隐私

Stillwise 不包含隐藏分析或广告 SDK。开启可选 iCloud 或远程 AI 前，请阅读完整的 Stillwise 隐私政策。

健康与安全边界：Stillwise 用于支持习惯觉察，不诊断酒精使用障碍、不替代专业医疗，也不提供紧急治疗。如存在紧急危险、严重戒断症状或医疗急症，请联系当地急救服务或合格医疗人员。
